Cosegic makes two new management team hires

Cosegic, one of the UK's leading providers of compliance consultancy and regtech services, is delighted to announce the appointment of Constantinos Tsolakas as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Louise Suchak as Head of Marketing and Communications. Constantinos and
Louise join the management team at Cosegic, following a period of record growth within the company and are two of a total fourteen new hires this year.

Constantinos has spent over 23 years working in the finance sector with 20 years working in various senior finance roles for International and UK companies. Before joining Cosegic Constantinos Tsolakas spent two years as CFO at Validus Risk Management (UK) and before that held the position of Head of Corporate Controlling and Planning, SVP at ABB (Switzerland). Throughout his career, Constantinos has worked in different areas of Finance and Risk Management, lead global teams and successfully introduced new policies, procedures, and processes while engaging closely with the Executive Management to further business development.

Also joining the management team as Head of Marketing and Communications, Louise Suchak. Louise brings over 11 years’ experience of working in the financial regulatory compliance industry. She previously worked at Cordium (now ACA Compliance) where she was Global Marketing and Communications Director and successfully helped to position the firm as the leading compliance consultancy in the Wholesale Industry.

Louise said, ‘I am excited about joining Cosegic at such an integral time in the growth of the company and I’m really looking forward to helping to raise awareness of all the fantastic work the company does across multiple financial sectors’.
