Cosegic, one of the UK's leading compliance consultancies, is delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Johnson as Sales Director.
Adam will assist and support Cosegic in accelerating its growth ambitions. Adam is joining Cosegic following MML Capital’s investment in the Firm in May of this year.
Adam has 19 years’ experience in the financial services industry, spanning private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, and banking. In his most recent roles, he focused on managed services and market abuse technology, where he demonstrated a strong ability to innovate and lead in a rapidly evolving market. Before joining Cosegic, Adam held senior roles at SteelEye and ACA Group, where he helped launch new service offerings, drove strategic initiatives and supported significant business growth.
Cosegic, which was established over 20 years ago, has doubled in size in the past four years and it continues to go through a period of significant growth and development. With the backing of MML, Cosegic’s growth in terms of resources and solutions is expected to accelerate, consolidating its position as one of the leading compliance consultancies in the financial services industry, servicing clients who are increasingly looking for a joined up comprehensive offering.
Adam commented, "I am excited to join Cosegic and work with the CEO Philip Naughton and the wider management team to help the firm achieve its full potential. It is an exciting period of growth at Cosegic and I look forward to contributing to the next phase of the Firm’s success."
Philip Naughton commented, “I am delighted to welcome Adam to our team at Cosegic, where he will be in charge of building our Sales and Business Development team. His experience in the compliance sector speaks for itself and I have no doubt that his support and leadership will help us to continue to cement our place as one of the UK’s leading providers of compliance consultancy and regulatory software.”
