Together, we make things happen.
Our employees are our first priority, as they make the Cosegic difference. We have a diverse and inclusive team, with a feeling of family that spans our organisation. We trust and help each other and speak up openly and honestly with no place for egos, politics or silo thinking. We constantly work to create an environment where people feel respected and in which they know their voice will be heard, as this brings out the best in everyone.

Why our people are important
We treat our people for all they are. Not simply a number on payroll or a demographic statistic. This approach helps our people to feel part of something special where their contributions are valued and they feel safe and able to deliver their very best work.
Our team is the cornerstone of our company’s success, bringing together a diverse array of skills, experiences, and perspectives that drive innovation and excellence. Their dedication, creativity, and collaborative spirit enable us to tackle challenges head-on and exceed our clients' expectations.

What’s your role at Cosegic?
I’m Robert, and I work in the Prudential Services team at Cosegic.
After graduating, I began my professional journey at Cosegic, where I’ve been able to apply my academic knowledge and continue growing and expanding my knowledge in the regulatory compliance field.
What’s your career journey been?
During my time at university, in the summers of 2019 and 2020, I completed internships in the Financial Advisory department at Deloitte in Sofia, where I networked with industry professionals and further developed my interest in the financial sector. For my dissertation at university, I chose to explore the topic of Estonia’s EU integration and euro adoption on its economy, driven by my passion for EU integration and its economic impact.
What’s the best thing about working at Cosegic?
I am excited about working for Cosegic because of its ongoing expansion and the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues. The friendly, supportive environment allows me to grow professionally through training sessions, direct mentorship, and managing client relationships. I enjoy explaining complex regulatory topics and appreciate the room for subjectivity in my work.
Outside of work, what keeps you busy?
Outside of work, I am a keen skier and enjoy spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and cycling in the mountains. I’ve completed parts of the European long-distance paths E4 and E3 and am eager to explore more hiking and skiing destinations across Europe.
