Culture Committee

In 2021, we developed an internal Culture Committee which champions the growth and evaluation of our organisational culture by fostering measurable goals in diversity and inclusion, ensuring a thriving and inclusive environment for all. 

Our committee comes together every month and organises initiatives to fundraise for local charities as well as championing for the growth of a diverse and inclusive environment for all.

Mental Health First Aid Responder Team

At Cosegic, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We're committed to fostering a supportive and caring environment for all our employees. This group of passionate individuals is here to support the wider Cosegic team. Whether someone needs someone to talk to, guidance on mental health resources, or just a compassionate presence, these responders are available to help.

We are proud to prioritise mental health and ensure that everyone at Cosegic knows they are never alone. Together, we can create a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

Volunteering and Fundraising

In September 2023, a number of Cosegic employees donned their finest aprons and got their hands dirty supporting Euston Foodbank in their mission to help local people in crisis. Joining the food bank over a number of mornings, our wonderful volunteers baked, cut, chopped, sliced, skinned, cooked, and mixed their way through the day, producing a variety of nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to the bank in crisis. 

Euston Foodbank is part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. It was an eye-opening and humbling experience to see, first-hand, the dedication of the selfless staff who offer their time for nothing to support local people. It is through their hard work and the support of such charities, that security is provided to hundreds of vulnerable people by helping to ensure that they have a safe place to eat and can feed their families.  

At Cosegic, we are dedicated to supporting our local community and giving back where we can and we will be returning to Euston Foodbank again as soon as we can.
